Underinsured Motorist

In a Bad Faith lawsuit arising from an Underinsured Motorist claim, the court required the parties to go to binding arbitration to determine the underlying damages.  After a three day hearing, we awarded damages to the injured party for pain, suffering, and medical expenses.  

Breach of Contract

Parties to a contract were fighting over past performance, resulting in delayed payments, and uncertainty whether the contract would be renewed.  After multiple mediation sessions, an agreement was reached for past and future payments, and a new multi-year contract signed.

Coverage Determination

Injured party sues Insurer over a denied claim.  They agree to binding Arbitration of the coverage dispute, saving thousands of dollars and many months or years of delay, for a fair resolution of their dispute.
